Changelog is a narrative puzzle game played through a fictional desktop interface, where players explore evolving builds of a cancelled student game. By examining chat logs, dev notes, and playable levels, they uncover how creative tensions and miscommunication unraveled a passionate team. The game centers themes of burnout, neurodivergence, and collaboration, offering a story-rich, introspective experience.

My Role:

Led art direction for all "intra-game" content, creating 3D assets, environments, VFX, and developing a PSX-inspired visual style that evolves with the narrative.
Designed and implemented nearly all UI components for the simulated desktop, the player’s primary tool for navigating builds, logs, and tools.
Managed full production, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, task assignment, and scope control to maintain development velocity and quality.
Integrated visuals and UI directly in Unity, ensuring a seamless connection between art and functionality.
Handled Steam deployment, preparing and packaging final builds, managing publishing assets, and overseeing platform release.
Facilitated communication between narrative, programming, and art teams, ensuring a unified creative vision across departments.
Delivered a polished showcase build featuring five complete intra-game levels, fully implemented UI, and a playable desktop experience.
